1. Vision and Service Abroad
May 9, Rotary Club of Penha Macau invited us to bring our “Kai Fong”1 to Macau to learn about local social welfare work and how it takes care of vulnerable communities. Our group of 17 (co-workers, Praxis’ volunteers and “Kai Fong”) visited the Macau Methodist Church's support center for intellectual disabilities and joined the National Disability Day Carnival. God gave us the valuable opportunity to serve others together with our “Kai Fong”, inspiring us to organize a new neighborhood volunteer group.
June 8-10, the Center for Cross Cultural Service Ltd. arranged a three-day trip to Qingyuan. We observed how mainland social welfare organizations provide education, families and community services in cities. We were deeply moved by many stories of faith and service being passed down across generations.
2. Vision from local community
June 12, Time Bank Ministry Sharing. Ms. Ko Ming-Hui, the founder of the Blessing Community, shared the philosophy, experiences, and achievements of the "Time Bank" program. Held at the Church of Christ in China Kei To Church, the lecture inspired us on how to mobilize “Kai Fong” to serve one another using their unique gifts, beautifully demonstrating the true meaning of community fellowship.

April 22 and June 17, in partnership with the Christian Evangelistic Centre Hua En Church and Myos Hair Salon, professional hairstylists provided free haircuts to 30 “Kai Fong”, volunteers, and staff members. Everyone left feeling refreshed, satisfied, and joyful.
4. Seeing spiritual growth and renewal
May 27, Praxis Walkers Graduation Ceremony. We celebrated the 12 students from different local churches who successfully completed their three-month training and warmly welcomed them as our newest batch of Praxis Agents.
Additionally, three DSE graduates from Breakthrough's "DSE Work Trial" program completed a 5-week internship with us this June, learning about ministry through daily hands-on operations.
5. Vision for the Future of Praxis
June 28, Amidst their busy schedules, our executive committee members held an exchange meeting to evaluate current services and rediscover our original vision. Together, they built a strong consensus for the future and lifted the ministry up to the Lord in prayer.
